Can't search for Accounts in Accounts page

Hi all,

We have a problem with searching for Accounts in Accounts page.

Starting this week, when we search for Accounts in Workplace >> Customers >> Accounts >> Search for records field, CRM either can't find any records or only bring up 1 record. However, if we search using Advanced Find or from Customized Views or in Contacts page, all the results can be shown.

For example: I searched Workplace >> Customers >> Accounts >> Search for records for Sony. The only result I got is Sony - Australia; however, if I go to Advanced Find or Customized Views, I can see Sony - US, Sony - Singapore, etc...

For other Accounts, CRM shown the message "No Account records are available in this view".

The system worked well last week. Just wondering if anyone has the same issue and what your solution was.
