Case Resolution

We are using the December 2012 Update of CRM Online.  When our users click Resolve Case in the case screen the form that displays does not show the Billable Time field anymore so our users cannot add additional time if needed.  Also when the click Resolve they get the following error message: “The case cannot be resolved because the resolution contains an amount of time spent on the case that is not valid.”

The only way to resolve a case is to switch to Classic View.
