CRM 2015 - Change Text (Label) of Stage Name in Business Process Flow using JavaScript

Hello,

Is it possible to change the Text (label) of a Stage in a business process flow using JavaScript? I am able to retrieve the specific stage using JavaScript, however, I have not found a way to change the text that appears on the ribbon depending on a certain scenario. For example, If a certain field has a value of true I want to change the Text (Label) of the stage from "This Stage Name" to "That Stage Name". The steps within the stage are always the same no matter what. I know this is a weird request, but the client wants the Text to be different in a certain scenario.

Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
