We are working on a managed solution that would add an iframe to the information form for lead/contact. It works fine for all other accounts. Somehow for one of our customers, who used online CRM 2011 account, after they imported our solution, they cannot customize that form. When they tried to open the form under 'settings->customization->entities->lead/contact->forms->information', an error message box pops up saying "An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues ...." Generally it does not provide error details. Even after removing the solution, this problem still lingers.
I noticed the customer has installed other unmanaged solutions that did customization to contact form, while that might not be the issue.
Another noticeable difference the customer used online account CRM 2011, while they do not have the polarized form for contact/lead. The 'Lead'/'Contact' form does not exist (Usually for an online account it should contain 3 tables: 1 Lead, 1 information and 1 Mobile form). Not sure
Has anyone ever experienced this please? Any possible cause please? Any suggestion please? Thanks in advance.
