Microsoft Unified Service Desk Error - No Application are configured for your use

Error : User at call center randomly gets the below error i.e. No Application are configured for your use

we have to update the “ClientCacheVersionNumber” for all the users added in user setting to fix this issue.

Please try to help us resolve this issue permanently.
