I have a couple of workflows that escalate a case to high priority three days after the Created On date. If the case is created on a Friday they are high priority by the Mon/Tues.
Is there a way to get a workflow to 'take the weekend off'?

Is there a more up to date method for CRM 2011? I'm not a programmer.
