default power apps

This question is about power apps for dynamics.

If I create a power app then to share with other users I need to get them to go into the Dynamics portal, choose get other apps, choose organisation and get my app.

If I want all staff to have access to these apps is there anyway of making this a default? Like how my apps for live and sandbox CRM just appear, can my app just appear for all users and new users as well?
