Account form ( Out of the box) quick view form shows orders of a customer( in subgrids which I have set). But when I tried creating another quickview form ( includes a single subgrid which shows orders (customer)), it doesn't shows the orders in the subgrid, when a customer is selected. Also when the case is saved, it automatically starts showing the customer (orders) in this new quickview form. I want to show orders, on selecting the customer in identifying stage prior to a case is saved.
