Can't open project in Azure LCS

Hello,

I am trying to create a new project in Azure Lifecycle Services to Migrate CRM from On-Premise to Online. I was able to create a project successfully in Azure LCS, however, when I try to open the project I am receiving the message below.

"You do not have permission to access this project resource. You will now be returned to the homepage to select another project."
