Set default filter for associated view

Hi,

I know there are already many posts regarding that issue, but I didn't find one specific to Dynamics CRM 2016 SP1.

Is there possibly a supported way with CRM 2016 SP1 (since there are new JS methods for grids) to define the default filter for associated views? I'd like to set the default filter on the associated opportunities view on the contact form to all instead of open.
