Automatically create Dynamic Marketing List and set criteria

Hi all,

Can anyone advise if it is possible for CRM to automatically create a new Dynamic Marketing List and set the criteria for the list?

I have a custom entity for Forums which my Contacts can be members of.  If a new Forum is created I would like to have a new Dynamic Marketing List with the criteria set to look for Active Members of the Forum.
