i just asked this question in the german Community, so i know my first post is a cross posting but its urgent to reslove this topic.
We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 without any Updates or Service Packs.
We have problems with the follow function. Anybody can click the follow button. The button changes to do not follow so it seems that the user follows now the Account, Contact...
When this dataset is re opened, the dont follow button has changed to follow.
In the follow View i can't see anything.
I thought this could be an issue with the rights/roles. So i tried it as Systemadministrator.
Its the same.
Do you have any ideas what i could do to make this function work?
