Can Team Member Users create/edit custom entities and which ones oot can edit?

Hello everyone!

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 licensing has become more and more complicated. In CRM 2016 Online licensing was much simplier.

I have a simple question. Can a Team Member User create and edit Custom Entities?  I did find in microsoft blog they are able to do it , i just need to confirm it.

And which Out of the box entities is able to create? I understand he is able to Read all system entities.
