Testing products and Price Lists in one environment and then pushing into Production

I have a client who is testing how to set up Price Lists and Products with an integration into their web site and they have set up lost to do some bulk testing.

They now want to migrate the Price Lists and Products into Production.

is there another way other than try the Import Wizard and has anyone had any luck with this, I don't have an environment to try this out in and don't want to use Prod.
