Trying to set the Opportunity Associated View Default Filter

We are launching to the Opportunity Associated View from the Account Form off the Recent Opportunities Grid.

This opens the Opportunity Associated View page.

We want to have All Opportunities for the Account to be shown here by default.  At the moment we can change the filter on manually to "All".  Where do we configure this filter to default to "All"
