Workflow - Updating Records - Connected Account and Contact

Good afternoon all!

I have some Accounts in my system where a Contact is linked to the Account via a Connection (because the Contact already is "owned" by another account).  What I'm trying to do is create an on-demand workflow where I can copy information from the Contact to the Account that are linked by the Connection.  I would appreciate any help you all can offer!
