Hi, I have a client where the web timeout through the WEB interface was set to default time and is now set to 8 hours and works well.
Issue:
Users using the CRM 2011 client for Outlook are continually prompted for credentials when pulling reports or opening Workplace or details for a Lead or Opportunity. They have cleared Credentails which helps for a brief time but reverts back to requesting credentials.
Any help/suggestions on this would be appreciated.
