Refresh the entity form on click Complete button in Social activity Window

Hello Everyone,

kindly help me how to refresh the entity form on click on Complete button in Social activity Window.

 When user click on Complete button(as Show in fig) in Social activity window , I am update some attributes(Through Plugin ) in Case entity but those values aren't reflected in CRM UI until unless user manually refresh Case form.

Is it possible to do Customize button in  the Social activity ?? Please Suggest me.
