SLA KPI Instance is not Showing Regarding Record Name

Hi,

I have enabled  SLA in Leads and everything is working fine but the  Regarding field in the KPI is showing as blank. please see the screenshot below.

I have enabled SLA for other entities too, so how can I show the record names. Please advise.
