Email is not receive when sends from workflow?

Hi

I have email and also test the testmail box in the mailbox UI. I am able to send and receive mail when using testMailBox.

But when i try to send from workflow, from and to address are name, Mail is not receiving from my end.

Could you please anyone guide how to do it?
