Outlook client gets hanged for 5 minutes

Hi,

I have installed CRM Outlook client 1.2 update for crm 2015. But I facing some problem from last few weeks. Outlook get hanged for 5 minutes in morning and afternoon. Can any one help to optimise out look client.
