I am a MS Partner wanting to use Dynamics Financials with the Sales module. Since Dynamics is new to me, I reached out to another MS Partner with more experience and had them do it for me(they are also the provider). The primary problem we are having is getting it to activate under my own account that is linked to My partner ID, O365 and Azure.
My "provider" has already spent several hours on the phone with MS Support, who was also stumped by this problem . The resolution they and my provider came up with was to create another account under a separate login that would be linked back to my original domain. But that is not working, which is why I am reaching out to the Dynamics Community (or anyone else in MS Support) that can help us fix this. (Outlook is also complaining about the accounts not being right and I have to make multiple attempts at logging in via the web). When I try to link the accounts, it tells me that it is already associated with another O365 account and that I would have to relinquish it first. And that is something I don't want to do since everything else, including my Partner ID is tied to it. I "THINK" the correct solution is getting Dynamics to properly activate under my O365 account? Not Sure? Any help appreciated. It has already been a month and I am still not able to use Dynamics.
