Role based hidden field in system view by coding

Dear all, i got this case urgent, please give me some idea to resolve.

I coded to hide a field based on security role ( i can not use security field) - use added this role can not view this field.

it works out hiding this field on main form, unfortunately , user with this role still can view this field on system view and advance find.

Please let me know is there any thing coding solution to prevent user view this field on system views and 

advance find as well.
