SharePoint Document Structure

I have setup my share point structure to be based on entities. This works great for records that are direct children of the Account.However the document location of a child of a child it puts it on a different folder. So you cant see the documents from the parent or the Account.

After playing around I realized I can just set a custom location for those records.

Have you guys have any other solutions or best practices?
