CRM 2011 Organization id on imported organization

Hi,

I created a copy of my live crm in UAT by copying the database and then importing a new organization using that database. During the process, I ran the script here that updates the organization id:

https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/b8dfb946-bb02-4fb9-a92f-22ffb8b7071c/crm-2011-import-organization-on-the-same-server-or-how-do-you-create-a-development-sandboxes?forum=crmdeployment

This worked fine, and my new instance of CRM was up and running. However, I ran this script again as I thought it had not worked properly, due to a 3rd party table not pointing to the correct organization (I was wrong...but anyway!). I am now getting the message: You do not have enough privileges to access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation... whenever I try to open any record, even though I'm logged in as system administrator. I presume the organization id has been messed up? As it's on premise, I can query the database and see that for my system admin user, the organization id is correct. It's still got the live organization name though.

Is there anyway of fixing this, other than importing a new organization all over again?

Thanks.
