Adx Studio - Webform Step Subgrid Modal Issues (Validation and Record could not be found)

Just to elaborate: 

This bug requires a few obscure ingredients to present itself, it’s kind of like the perfect storm.

Steps that cause the issue to occur:

1. A page that has an ADX web form
2. A form that has a subgrid
3. A subgrid that has edit capabilities
4. A subgrid edit form that has plugin validation
5. Plugin validation that throws an error

If the above conditions are satisfied then any further action on the subgrid edit form will result in a “record not found” message.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?

We are using Dynamics CRM 2013
