Search Knowledge Base Articles

I am trying to search KB Articles from the Case (WebForms and Interactive).  I have created and published the KB Articles from the Interactive Hub (Service/Knowledge Articles).  Search on portal works perfectly fine. It worked on the trial version, however the search does not pull up any knowledge base articles in the new development environment.  Any pointers to start looking?
