How to Customize the default form for D365 Mobile Page

Hi,

I was working on customization of mobile form on Dynamics 365 form, Noticed that the default form in entity is displayed in mobile app. But need more information on how to customize the Relationships tab and fields above that on main form in entity which we can see after opening of a record from list view.
