We have our CRM integrated with Quosal to sync products and services from Quosal to CRM. When the sync takes place, the products (parts) from Quosal is supposed to pass over to the opportunity. New product records are created correctly if they don't already exist in CRM.
The issue is that a specific set of services do NOT sync over whenever their quantity is entered as a fractional number in Quosal. I think this happened when we pre-built several service parts to ensure they were services (which correctly sync), but the others came in from a quote sync before being built as a service part and ended up becoming product by default. I am comparing the working and non-working products in CRM and am finding no discrepancy on how they're set up. Is there any way to track down the background process that is controlling the sync of the products to possible find to root of the issue?
