Hi All,
I need some help to understand the renewal process of licensing for Dynamics 365. Currently we are not Dynamics CRM 2016 online and i have below queries:
1. When i renew the license to Dynamics 365 does my CRM 2016 will get update to Dynamics 365 version or only license will get update?
2. If above is yes then can i upgrade my sandbox CRM instance(which is free now i think for enterprise version) to Dynamics 365 version and production will still be on Dynamics CRM 2016. Is that possible?
3. If i renew my license to the Dynamics 365 then the sandbox instance that i will get will be Dynamics CRM 2016 or Dynamics CRM 365 version?
