Custom Web Page development in ADX Portal (v7)

We would be using AdxStudio portal to integrate with CRM 2010 onPrem. There are some custom webresources (html using javascript Code and interacting with a plugin which handels SAP integration) created within CRM that are used by CRM users.

However those need to be exposed to external users. Is there is any way by which those custom webresources can be linked in AdxStudio Portal.

If the answer to the above question is NO, then is there any way to develop a new custom html using JS in AdxStudio Portal where CRM operations are involved, and we are using the CRM context?

Can anyone explain the steps, or where I could start from?
