One of our user is getting frozen screen / delay while working MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. She is using IE. For her, the whole system freezes while working and an error message is displayed. "ERROR MESSAGE: An error has occured. Try the action again. If the problem continues,check the Microsoft Dynemics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organisations Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admiistrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support." Other users can access CRM fine with no delay. Checked her role and AD account and everything seems ok. Please help in rectifying this issue.
