List of Quotes to the salesperson as email attachment

I have a daily batch to create Quotes in CRM 2015 on-premise using Scribe Insight. It creates daily list quotes. I need to send the newly created Quotes as a report to respective Salespersons & Product owners through an email and attach the report (list of quotes that they own). Is there a way to send list of quotes to the respective owners as email attachment? This email has to be scheduled on daily basis. I know there are other ways like using SQL mail, Scribe Console monitory alert. I need to know whether can it be done using CRM workflows?

Any ideas on this are highly appreciable.
