Businiss process flow "next step" is gone!

Hello!

I have a test and a prod environment where i use the business process flow on oppertunities.

Recently i recived a mail from a user saying that the button for "next step" and that little flag that indicates which step you currently are at, is gone.

But when i log on to both environments i can see these features. 

This problem have no occured for more than just 1 user and i cant seem to understand what would cause such a thing. 

Has anyone else seen this problem?
