Registration tool -> Dynamics 365 on-prem(custom workflow, does not appear)

When register a new custom workflow with registration tool, it shows me successful registered, but when i go in Dynamics 365 CRM on-prem, in the workflow procceses->workflow step, i dont see my custom workflow
