Error Importing Ribbon Workbench

 I am trying to import Ribbon Workbench

RibbonWorkbench2016_3_0_25_managed

But it is giving following error

Also I am unable to Export my solution its giving an error for dependencies

therefore using customization.xml is also not possible

what is the possible way I can move forward
