Getting Error on System Checks on installing MSCRM 2015 setup.

Hello All Experts,

I am getting errors while trying to install the MSCRM 2015 setup.

at the system checks it's throwing below two errors .

1. The instance name must be the same as computer name.

2. Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server http://servername/reportserver. Error: Error occurred while finding an item on the report server.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.InternalCatalogException: An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: The profile for the user is a temporary profile. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090024)

 Can anyone help me resolving this.
