Unusual behaviour when setting work hours

Hi all,

I've been trying to model some reasonably complex service calendaring requirements within CRM 4, and in doing so have been getting frustrated with some odd behiour when trying to set the work hours in the weekly schedule of both users and facilities/equipment.

When the schedule is set to Vary By Day, If I set a service exception on one day, it nearly always gets appled to all days.  And if I change the work hours for one day it seems to be an even chance whether it'll be applied to the day I clicked, or another random one in the week.

This is a near vanilla installation, so is this area known to be buggy?  Is there any advice around for doing things in a certain way to avoid hitting this odd behaviour?  Or is my installation just bad?
