Custom Data Fields in Send Email Workflow

Hi there,

I've created a workflow to send an email when a new Project Team Member is added to a Project. In the Email I pull up specific related fields, but aren't directly related to Project Team Member.  Client, as seen here, is a Lookup to Contact. I need to pull up the Clients Address in this email.

Is there a way to pull up this information.
