Customer Social Profile CRM Integration

I've just began working at a new b2b company in Brisbane and getting my head around this crm. I've spoken to a few within the company and they're fairly certain that they can integrate the social profiles of their customers in their lead database into their crm in the below section

Is that how this function works? If so, how do I go about this.
