Error - insufficient privileges on System Dashboard

I added a view/chart to a System Dashboard, but this user cannot view this component because of insufficient privileges. I'm a bit confused because I don't see where to Share system views and charts. So I just assumed if I added it to the system dashboard, they should have access to all components on that dashboard. He can view other components on there, except the one I added.
