I need help on problem
I have two CRMs C1 and C2
I want when I click on a button on C1 open for example, an account on C2 whose email is passed in parametre
To do this I thought to make a web resource in C2
Which will retrieve the parameter and after searching for the record by odata and redirect the page to the found record
I do not know if I'm on the right direction
If anyone can tell me how to open an account on C2 with an email address
I would like the work to be done on the orginization C2
