Hi Guys,
I want to updated one of my field with "lead" entity, when a skype call get initiated for the lead, I have written one custom code which reads "regardingobjectid" from phone call record and update the regarding lead, its working when I am using CRM though website, But not working from "Mobile Express" application of dynamics 365,
I have debugged the issue and I noticed "regardingobjectid" is missing when I am making skype call from "Mobile Express" and also the status of such phone call is "Open"
Please let me know you suggesstions and comments
