Dynamics 365 On premise and SharePoint On premise

Hi All

Looking to use S2S Config and we are running in the below issue

Script Ran

PS C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools> .\CertificateReconfiguration.ps1 -xxxxxxxxxx -password xxx -updateCrm -certificateType S2STokenIssuer -serviceAccount global\xxxxxx

We get the below error

[06/01/2017 16:36:59]  Fail to configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to use the specifed certificate.

Has anyone seen this and know how to resolve please. We have a call with Microsoft but this has been on going since January
