Not sending emails out

I'm trying to setup a work flow to send out once an appointment is marked as completed I'm sure this is right. and the status reason say succeeded, but no email ever arrives.

I can send an email directly from dynamics which shows it's connecting to the exchange. I'm using dynamics  365 connecting to onsite exchange 2010.
