CRM2016 - Keyboard Shortcut for Command Bar?

According to this post, I should be able to navigate to command bar using ctrl + [ :

However, this is not possible (also not possible at all on keyboard to do this combo).

If I use ctrl+shift+3, this gets me to the Dynamics 365 button. From here, I can use Tab to (eventuelly) get to the command bar.

I am hoping someone might have suggestions for another shortcut?
