Site Map not properly shown

Hi,

We have upgrade from MSCRM 2016 to Microsoft 365, after upgrading most of the subarea's under Sales area are not shown, when i go to sitemap designer i can see all the area and subareas under Sales,

Can anyone let me know what i am missing.

I have uploaded the pics to show the exact problem
