Need to configure email recipient as Team, not users .. a little confused

I currently have workflows in place that email individual Dynamics users.  I need to change that to email a Team.  I've found a few references to this which describes using the Team Queue.  My question is, how does the Queue email address get synch'd by Office 365 on the Exchange Server?
