Dynamics 365: Users are not seeing the correct forms in IE 11

 Hi Team,

We encountered a strange scenario with Dynamics 365 form behavior. any help/guidance is highly appreciated. 

We have an entity called "Search" having two forms : Search Form A and Search Form B 

We have 2 users : User A and User B. User A has access to Form A and User B has access to Form B. 

Steps we did: 

1. IE 11 -  Cleared cache & local storage
2. Launched IE11 under User A context. 
3. Opened the "Search" Entity -- Form A is loading -- expected result.
4. Closed browser – without clearing cache & local storage
5. Reopened Browser under User B context. 
6. Showing the incorrect  form -- showing Form A to which User B doesn't have access to – INCORRECT behavior
7. Closed browser –cleared cache & local storage
8. Reopened Browser under User B context. 
9. Showing the correct form -- Form B

We are on On-Permise(8.2.0.749) and the IE 11 version 11.0.9600.18638CO
