Look up and Option Set Field Values - Dynamics 365

Hey I have scenario, I have two lookup fields which is hidden in the form and an workflow updating the values to the lookups, now I want to retrieve the values from  these  lookup fields and  need to  update the option set based on the lookup values in the same entity.
